a few light stains here and there

1950s or so I might guess

But how not to love them

Hand-dyed Linen Rag Ball with Gorgeous Color carved nude figure As good front the "front"I've sometimes admired but never felt really compelled to buy ragballs, until finding this one last week in Upstate New York. I have no idea if the linen is old or was hand dyed and cut up two weeks ago, but I don't really care; I think it is a very beautiful thing. Approx 4 inches in diameter, with loose threads here and there.
